Dean Keating: The AI Automation Consultant Behind This Camberley Directory

Why there is a listing for him at all

Every other entry on this site is a business we found on Google Maps and ranked on its public rating. Nobody pays to be listed or to move up. Dean Keating is the exception: he publishes the site and runs the AI service described here, so his page is labelled as the publisher's own and sits outside the rankings. He has no rated Google business listing, so there would be no score to rank him on anyway.

Read everything below with that in mind. It is a description from the company that wrote it, not a review.

Where he is

He works from Horndean, Hampshire, which is just north of Portsmouth. That is a long way from the six areas this directory covers: the town centre, Frimley, Frimley Green, Bagshot, Lightwater and Mytchett. He is not local to any of them. The build and install are done remotely and his website says this works anywhere in the UK, so a business in GU15 is set up in the same way as one in Hampshire.

He says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby in person. If you want someone in the room, raise it at the start of the first call, and look at providers based near you as well.

What he builds

He builds AI agents and installs them where your team already works. His website lists the jobs: replying to new enquiries within minutes, day or night; following up every lead until they book or say no; sending quotes and chasing the ones nobody answered; booking jobs into the diary; answering common questions across email, web and WhatsApp; sorting and routing messages; sending updates, confirmations and reminders; handing difficult cases to a person; raising invoices; chasing late payments; copying details between systems; and producing a weekly report.

His website describes the service as installed for you, not handed over. He builds it, puts it on your systems and trains your team.

What it is not

It is not a course, and it is not a phone-answering service. It is not a chatbot product you subscribe to and configure yourself either.

The route in

1. A free call about how your business runs.
2. An audit of the work that is worth automating.
3. The build and install.
4. Training and support.

He begins with the one task that would make the biggest difference rather than trying to automate everything at once. You come away from the free call with a plan you can use with or without him.

Money

Nothing is published. The cost is given after the free call, and you are under no obligation to go ahead.

His own account of himself

His website says he is a Shopify 10K Award winner, has more than ten years in marketing, and has driven more than a million orders through Meta ads. It also says he spent five years as a professional stand-up comedian before moving into marketing. He builds websites for trades and small businesses and does SEO as well; details are at deankeating.com.

Those are claims from his own site, and we have not verified them independently.
