Surrey County Council's older people's bus pass page says:
- You must live in Surrey and be of State Pension age.
- The pass is valid between 9.30am and 11pm Monday to Friday, and at any time at weekends and on public holidays.
- You can apply online, or book a library appointment where staff will take your photo and submit your documents.
- You need one proof of address and one proof of age or identity, your National Insurance number and a passport-style digital photo.
- You can apply 28 days before you become eligible, applications take up to 15 working days to assess, and the pass should arrive within 60 days.
